One of the fastest lessons we’ve learned is this: if your TikTok doesn’t hook in the first 3 seconds, it’s over.

That means experimenting with:

  • Bold opening lines.

  • Pattern-interrupt visuals.

  • Relatable ADHD moments that stop the scroll.

We’re not trying to be polished or perfect — we’re showing Bonding Health’s real journey, from app development to emotional relief experiments, to connect with the exact people who need this.

🎶 Enhancing Qiks

Our Qiks are the soul of the Bonding Health app. They’re micro-interventions designed for ADHD parents, teachers, and adults who don’t have 20 minutes to meditate.

What we’re adding next:

  • Background music to regulate mood faster.

  • Simple but immersive visualizers (like breathing balls, flowing shapes, or calming gradients).

  • Smoother transitions so the whole experience feels like a journey instead of a quick stop.

🔍 Learning Technical ASO + SEO (Before Hiring)

Most startups outsource app store optimization and SEO too early. We’re doing the opposite.

We’re digging in ourselves to learn:

  • How metadata and keywords drive App Store ranking.

  • How to optimize for long-tail SEO keywords like “ADHD dopamine reset” and “instant emotional relief.”

  • How technical fixes (site speed, schema markup, backlink strategy) change traffic patterns.

Why? Because we want to understand the mechanics before we raise overhead. When we do hire or partner later, we’ll know exactly what works and what doesn’t.

And by sharing this process, we hope to give future entrepreneurs the playbook we wish we had.

🌱 PKJ Coaching: Holistic AI Search Engine

At PKJ Coaching, we’re incubating something new: a holistic-only LLM search engine.

Most AI systems today are trained on Western medicine sources. That leaves out entire bodies of wisdom — Ayurvedic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism, and other alternative approaches.
