The deeper I go into nervous system work, the more I realize this isn’t just a technique.
It’s a ritual.
And like all rituals, it’s something we’ve been missing for far too long.

We Used to Gather to Regulate

There was a time—before DMs, before Discord, before burnout became a badge of honor—when we gathered to process.
To breathe together.
To sweat.
To be witnessed.

Every culture has had its version of this.
Ritual drumming. Communal singing. Shared silence. Storytelling around the fire.
Even prayer circles and call-and-response gospel had a purpose beyond religion.
They were co-regulation.

And that’s what this new chapter of PKJ Coaching + Bonding Health is about:

We’re not creating another workshop.

Nervous System Healing as Monthly Ritual

Starting this fall in Miami and NYC, we’re doing something we’ve never done before.

In-person.
Monthly.
Multi-modal.
Nervous system resets.

Led by three people who live this work:

Each event moves through a sacred, nervous-system-centered arc:

We start with breath + guided emotional reset. No pressure to share. Just presence.

We drop into slow, deep movement with Alexander. It’s not for performance — it’s for release.

🔊 Clearing
Gaby closes the circle with vibration, sound, and energy healing. You walk out with space in your chest again.
