And lately, it’s been screaming.

You Can’t Think Your Way Out of Dysregulation

I’ve coached hundreds of people through ADHD, stimulant burnout, emotional chaos, and stuckness that just won’t budge.
And I’ve learned something that changed my approach forever:

You can’t outthink your nervous system.
You have to feel your way back into it.

Because when your body feels unsafe, your brain goes offline. When your breath is shallow, your mind gets loud. When your posture collapses, your motivation disappears.

We’re all trying to solve emotional problems with productivity tools.

So We’re Bringing the Reset Offline

This fall, I’m launching monthly, in-person nervous system healing sessions in Miami and NYC, two cities that are buzzing on overdrive.

These events aren’t about hype or hustle.
They’re about coming home to your body.

I’ll be co-leading these sessions with two incredible practitioners:

What We’re Actually Doing

Each 90-minute experience will move through three nervous system portals:

  1. Stillness
    We open with grounding breathwork and emotional visualization. We don’t start with “how are you?” — we start with “where are you in your body?”

  2. Movement
    Alex leads a deeply intuitive somatic flow. Not a workout — but a work in. A release of stored tension, trauma, and tightness.

  3. Energy + Integration
    Gaby helps you anchor and clear with energetic healing that gets below the words. This is where peace becomes something you can feel.

This Is Not a Wellness Trend

We’re not promising a breakthrough in 60 minutes.
This is about consistent, community-based repatterning.

Because our nervous systems weren’t built to regulate alone.

We were wired to co-regulate — to sync breath, eye contact, posture, and rhythm with other humans. This is primal. It’s ancient. And it’s exactly what we’ve lost in our screen-saturated lives.
